I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were incredibly clean and comfortable, offering a level of comfort that truly surprised me. The staff went above and beyond to assist us during our time in Kyoto, providing the best English-speaking service we encountered on our entire trip. The location was ideal for both sightseeing and shopping, allowing easy access to key areas of Kyoto. Though the dining options were delicious, I wished for more variety in breakfast choices. Overall, a fantastic hotel with superb service and amenities.
